Lamborghini Sesto Elemento
I know we usually do one a week, but sure why not have another one?
I was going to hang onto this until next week, but when I saw it I just had to share it, I mean even if the name does sound like Mario giving a science lesson to Luigi, it’s still the shiz.

Chinese Cuisine What's In A Name?
Chinese Cuisine What's In A Name?
The subtlety is lost on most Americans, who'd rather know what's going to be on their plate than enjoy a bit of imagery with their meal. Some of the most common names survive – Seven Happiness, a dish that includes shrimp, lobster, scallop, fish, pork, beef and chicken in a delicate sauce with vegetables, for instance. Seven happiness indeed – what mouth wouldn't be happy with that?
In China, however, many honored and respected restaurants still cling to the old traditions. At the Confucius House, for instance, one can dine on Two Phoenix from One Egg, An Oriole Welcoming Spring and As Luck As One Wishes. The Fangshan Restaurant in Beihai Park serves Phoenix in Its Nest and "Frog and Abalone". The Fangshan Restaurant has also revived an ancient tradition – the complete Manchu-Han Banquet. Created during the Qing Dynasty as a celebration of important events, the Manchu-Han Banquet consists of 234 hot dishes, 28 cold dishes, cakes and fruit. Such a lavish spread is it that it often is held over the course of several days.
It was during the Northern and Southern Dynasties that the practice of giving poetic names to dishes truly flourished. While many dishes were named simply for their appearance, many others included a play on words in their names – subtle references to the ingredients wrapped in a beautiful title. Thus, a dish of shredded fish with orange might be called 'powdered gold and minced jade". Shrimp with green peas and scallions might bear the name 'Coral, Pearl and Jade'. Some were far more fanciful – and in some cases descriptive of the elaborate preparation that turned a plate of food into a landscape or a scene from history. One such dish is chicken and soft-shelled turtle, served in its shell and named "the Conqueror says goodbye to his concubine".
It's only fitting that Hunan cuisine, generally considered to be the most visually appealing of the Chinese regional cuisines, should also feature the most fanciful and delightful names. Who cares what the ingredients are when your host serves you 'Footsteps of the Phoenix' and "Pearls in the Snow"? They are truly names fit for the dishes that graced the tables of emperors.

Mesothelioma Variants
Mesothelioma Variants
Pleural mesothelioma is the widely known variant of mesothelioma. In this form of mesothelioma, tumors develop on the lining of the lungs. Most people with the disease have a difficult time swallowing, breathing, and getting around without coughing. They may also experience other symptoms such as weight loss.
Peritoneal Mesothelioma is a more uncommon form of mesothelioma. This variant of the disease sheds ill will on the lower parts of the body, particularly the abdomen and stomach. This cancer can start in either of the two locations and metastize (grow into other parts of the body). This variant of the disease tends to bring about more severe symptoms such as nausea and blood clots. Since these tumors can put pressure on surrounding organs, they can make for an unpleasant sensation.
Finally, its time we talk of a very rare type of mesothelioma, pericardial mesothelioma. Th¬is variant focuses on the heart and can bring about palpitations and breathing problems.
If you are or have ever experienced these types of symptoms, its best to speak to a doctor.

Wholesale - How To Get Into The Business
Wholesale - How To Get Into The Business
The first thing you need to do is ask yourself why you want to get into the wholesale business. Is it because you want to work with other businesses and help people make money or is it because you think it's an easy way to make a quick buck? Believe it or not, the wholesale business is very demanding. You need to have a lot of up front capital to buy product and unless you're going to have someone else store the inventory for you you're going to need a warehouse as well. You're going to be dealing with hundreds of thousands of pieces of inventory and shipping things all over the world. Most retailers expect to get 30 days to pay. What happens if they go out of business before they do? Wholesaling is a very risky business.
The next thing you have to do is study your competition. If you plan on entering a market where there are already dependable distributors you're going to have a tough time of it. You want to get in a market that needs a wholesaler if you want to have a good chance to succeed.
After that, you need to take a look at your financial situation. You have to have a lot of up front capital to get into wholesaling. You have to make sure that you have the resources to establish a relationship with a manufacturer. Also, can you afford to wait 30 days to get your money from the retailers? Startup costs, taxes, property rental and insurance can eat you alive before you ever get your feet off the ground. <
Then, you're going to need a business plan. You'll have to get together with lawyers and get advice from consulting services. If you are unfamiliar with the wholesale business you have a lot of education ahead of you.
The next step is applying for all the licenses that you're going to need. There are certain tax laws that you are going to need to be aware of that apply only to wholesalers, such as tax exempt status for goods moved between manufacturers and other retailers.
You're also going to need a location for your business. You need to get a warehouse, an office and make sure that people know where to find you. If you're going to build a warehouse you better make sure you are aware of all the zoning laws. The last thing you want is to have your warehouse torn down because it is in a residential district.
Then comes the marketing. That's right. Just because you're in business doesn't mean people are going to know it. You're going to have to place ads at a number of places including newspapers, Internet, magazines, etc. Advertising is expensive so be prepared.
Finally, when you are in business you better make sure you take care of your customers. That means getting the product to them, answering their questions and taking care of any problems that arise, and problems WILL arise.
Don't forget one thing. You're not going to be running this business alone. You're going to have employees. You'll need to pay them and possibly fire some if they do a poor job, which means hiring new ones. This is an ongoing, never ending process that is incredibly time consuming in itself.
So, you want to be a wholesaler? Just make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.

Norwich Union Travel Insurance Highlight Holiday Hazard Hotspots
Norwich Union Travel Insurance Highlight Holiday Hazard Hotspots
The report highlighted some old chestnuts but also revealed some less likely destinations. Mexico topped the list for claims following sun over-exposure, whilst the Caribbean also found the top spot for insect bites and stings.
The ugly face of crime raises its head in South Africa but both old British favorites, Spain and the Canaries are both highlighted as a risk for robbery and pick pocketing. Thailand was also mention for theft problems, but the report also advised unwary travelers should also be aware of tummy problems, traffic accidents and lost belongings.
Norwich Union were also quick to point out that most holidays go without hitch and the purpose of the report is not to worry tourists, merely to make them aware. Western Europe appeared to offer,in the main, the safest destinations, with Ireland pipping Belguim, Holland, Germany and France.
Norwich Union advise however that whilst the new European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) covers many potential problems it won't cover all costs and will not cover rescue or repatriation. An important point being that the biggest cause of problems when abroad is unforeseen medical emergencies.
When you consider the cost of your holiday a little extra expense in the form of adequate travel insurance cover would seem a prudent step. Although of course due diligence should also be practised.
Norwich Union offer the following tips for a hazard-free holiday;-
Lost/Misplaced belongings
Keep an eye on your belongings at all times. Do not leave them unattended and ensure you don't check in your valuables while traveling, keep them with you, in a safe place.
Theft
Lock belongings in a safe when in a hotel.
Be aware of open windows and doors in your villa or hotel room – they attract opportunist thieves.
Robbery with violence
Be aware of your surroundings and look purposeful. Avoid looking lost, confused or distracted as this makes you an easier target for opportunist thieves.
Find out the emergency phone numbers used in the area you are visiting.
Tummy problems
Eat food that has been freshly prepared or thoroughly cooked, avoiding food that has been left standing for long periods.
Avoid ice in drinks in countries where you can't drink the tap water (often it is not made from bottled water).
Be aware that salads may also have been washed in tap water.

The Power of Vision in Coaching: How to Create Your Own and Help Your Clients with Theirs
The Power of Vision in Coaching: How to Create Your Own and Help Your Clients with Theirs
The best visions are clear, useful, achievable and inseparable from who and what you (or your clients) are. As a coach, if you can master the skill of helping to create clear and authentic visions in yourself and others, you'll be light years ahead of your competition. . It helps both you and your clients with the foundation upon which they can build a successful and satisfying life – both personally and professionally.
FIRST, WORK ON YOUR OWN VISION
Without a clear vision of what you want to do, where you want to go, or what you, success will be much more difficult – even impossible – to achieve.. How can you know what to do – what actions to take - if you don't know where you're going?
Not having a vision is like sailing without a destination. You end up on the Sea of Destiny without a port, wandering the ocean aimlessly, getting blown in whatever direction the wind is headed. When a challenging storm bears down, the gale-force winds will likely capsize your latest plans immediately. You'll end up looking like you were aboard the Ship of Fools.
Having a clear vision and mission is what gives you that destination. Even though gale-force challenges may temporarily capsize your progress, you'll more easily be able to get back on course and reach your objectives.
Contrary to what many people think, visions do not usually magically appear. They can take time - requiring introspection, self-analysis, and journaling. It also helps to review your past successes and – just as important – your past disappointments and failures. Draw on your dream, talents and desire. Observe your calling to be a coach.
The first place to look when developing your vision is within – to that deeper inner self. You can draw upon your talent, dreams and desires, or whatever other avenues help you uncover those nuggets that will become your navigational beacons in life.
Unfortunately, there are usually no shortcuts in creating your vision. You can't just "make it up"; it takes WORK. But the rewards for doing this work can save you years – even a lifetime – of frustration by enabling you and your clients to live the life one is destined for.
SEVEN IDEAS TO HELP DEVELOP YOUR VISION
Idea 1: Listen and Look Within
Since vision starts within, it makes sense to listen and feel what your mind and soul really want. What stirs your heart? What is your greatest desire? What do you dream about?
Bottom line: Make sure your vision comes from within. If what you want to pursue does not truly come your inner depths, it will likely be impossible to achieve.
Idea 2: Seek the Help of Others; Make It a Team Sport
We do not live in a bubble. Utilize a team where you can. Heed the advice of a person who has more experiences in you – especially in coaching. Find a coach who works on vision. Seek help from friends who know you well. They can help you confirm or question your own observations and provide a reality check.
Creating a MasterMind Group of 4-6 people also working on their vision can be extremely powerful. Use weekly or semi-weekly calls to support each other and keep the momentum going.
Asking and using others for guidance not only helps you with your own vision; it also puts you on the receiving end of help. This experience will in turn help you when you become the coach helping others with their vision. You'll have done the proverbial "walk in their shoes".
Idea #2: Create a Sacred, Inner Space to Go Deeper
The vision you create for your practice begins in your mind and heart. It is something you can feel, taste, see, hear and touch with your soul.
Creating a supportive, inner environment is a powerful way to aid you in developing your vision. To access the inner depths of your mind and heart, find a way to retreat to a serene and tranquil place where your mind is free of the "outer noise".
In this sacred space, your heart, mind, and soul can more easily access what might be called Source. What you can find there is your most Authentic Self. Tap into this successfully, and your vision is likely to spring forth easily.
Though your mind may resist with every fiber of its being, try surrender into this emptiness. Check your brain out at the door. A Zen master once said, "You already are that which you seek." But you'll find it much easier to uncover that if you are relaxed and can get your mind out of the way.
Step 3: Ask (the Right) Questions
Ask the questions that provoke and encourage answers to the deeper questions. These might include:
• What is the single most important thing my practice needs to go to the next level and further help my customers best?
• What are the three most important actions I need to take in order to increase my sales or income?
• What are the three most important changes I need to make in order to help me and/or my clients accomplish my/their objectives?
• What is the single biggest challenge that – if resolved – would most help me or my clients.
Idea 5: Identity the Problems Holding You Back
Sometimes we're just plain stuck. What about you? Where are your points of "stuck-ed-ness"? Discussing it with others – especially your coach and MasterMind team – is a powerful way to uncover the detours around or through the roadblocks holding you back from developing your vision.
There are times when we must first clear the rocks off the trail before we can continue on our path of self-discovery. Moving these out of the way helps unblock the energy flow, enabling us to more easily tap into the Source for answers.
Idea 7: Take Action and "Go For It!"
Nothing happens without action. Once you have come up with a Vision that seems to fit well, ACT ON IT. It might not be perfect, but if it's "good enough", then get going! You can always "course correct".
Don't get bogged down in thinking about HOW you're going to get there. Momentum is a powerful force, perhaps THE most important force when you're first embarking for your Vision.
A sailor on a long voyage can never know for sure the exact course they will take to their destination. He/she will need to constantly make corrections for winds, current, and unforeseen challenges along the route. In the same way, you can tweak and adapt your own journey.
Idea 6: K.I.S.S. (Keep It Short & Simple)
Once you have a pretty good idea of your vision, simplify it. Keep honing it down and find ways to bring more clarity. Be brutal; in fact go for what is sometimes call "brutal clarity of purpose".
There is a nice analogy between a vision and a powerful photo. A very successful studio photographer was asked how he consistently came up with powerful photos. He responded, "Once I've got all the elements in the photo that I think I need, I start taking away from it. If I remove or simplify an element or item and it helps, I keep the change. I continue this process with everything I can until it hurts the overall image. That's when I know I've got my image."
The lesson: try simplifying or removing extraneous parts of your vision. Ask yourself, "Does it help – or hinder? If it helps, keep the change. If it doesn't, put it back. Continue with this process until you have the best picture you can.
CONCLUSION
Developing a Vision and acting on it is one of the most essential steps to creating a successful coaching practice. It is also one of the most powerful services you can offer your clients in helping them manifest their fullest potential.
Try these 7 ideas to help you do this. If something works for you, use it! If it doesn't, discard it. We all have our own best ways of finding and developing our Vision. What matters most is that you do it, then act on it.

Discount Fetish
Discount Fetish
An analysis of our current state of discount addiction is in order. In recent years more and more discount exclusive businesses have surfaced. How many of you have been to a .99 cent store? They represent what could be referred to as the extreme of our discount culture. Costume necklaces, stale bread and off brands litter the aisles where disciples of discount peruse. How many of us have been caught in the .99 cent trap? Radio and television remind us that we must take advantage of all things .99 cents. Hamburgers and tacos are at the top of this list as the toxic mix of food and discounts are rehabilitated as good and desirable. Our conditioned state is affected by the mere mention of a sale, by the idea of getting a superior deal.
As technology advances, our culture adapts. Online businesses are using discounts to attract customers. Emails have replaced coupon flyers. Discounts now tantalize us from our desktops. Clothes, jewelry and music are some of the more popular categories for the taking, as it were. Customer information is traded, bought and sold like commodities. After all, a good email list combined with the claim of massive discounts can generate a windfall of cash for a struggling business. 25% off, 50%, 1000%, do we really know the difference? The smart shopper will not trust the salesman's claims. Instead they will do their homework and comparison shop. But many of us don't have the time or inclination to do so. We would rather trust the retailer as we expect not to be lied to as a common courtesy of doing business.
The idea of a society developing a discount fetish is certainly not new or necessarily bad. The .99 cent store may serve those who are in dire straits economically. Competition for customers keeps discounts rolling and brings prices down, generally. Consumerism remains high stimulating business, which in turn benefits our national economy. It can be argued that a discount fetish is conceivably a healthy development. So why not embrace this side of ourselves. It can be stated that it is our duty as loyal participants in this nation to clutch our coupons and raise them high, while continuing to search for the next good deal.
